Karina: I’m too old for nothing. I’m too young to think I’m too old for something.
Sara: I’m too old for holiday drinking, candy cane cocktails do not have the same allure. I’m too young to say “let’s retire for the evening” and it’s 8 pm.
Mary Kay: I'm too old for partying all night but too young not party at all!
Winter skin care essential:
Sara: I've added two things to my skincare routine this year for the winter: our new Nu-Shroom every morning and I've swapped our Simply Zinc from our Every Morning Sun Whip when my skin is feeling raw or sensitive.
Mary Kay:
Definitely need a good lip balm. I really like the Eos lip balm.
Karina: Lots and lots of water, plus sunscreen and hydration. Also it is good to gently exfoliate the skin as it tends to get a beating in our harsh climate of the arctic tundra
so you need to take extra care.

Hottest beauty discovery of 2013:
Mary Kay: I really love Tata Harpers Body oil. My skin is usually dry but this product makes my skin feel so smooth and it smells wonderful and it's all-natural, which is another added bonus.
Sara: I like Tata Harper’s Regenerating Cleanser especially in the winter since it does not dry out my skin like a gel based cleanser.
Who is the better beauty icon: Kate Middleton
vs. Kim Kardashian.
Sara: Kim Kardashian is a little bit more
adventurous beauty wise so I’m always interested to see what she is doing. I prefer Kate Middleton’s overall look
though- I would love to steal her entire closet.
Mary Kay: Definitely Kate Middleton - so classy and a natural beauty
Karina: They both have beautiful bodies, but Kim's got a face of a doll and shes Armenian so I have to support my
peeps!

If you could tell Miley Cyrus one thing, what
would you say?
Karina: I think you're gorgeous, stunning and have amazing vocals. I love your music- you are a true entertainer/performer so keep it up ! I love, love your Wrecking Ball video but I could have done without the licking of the sledge hammer. Also, if you are going to stick your tongue out so much, make sure it's clean . It was all white and pasty! lolol.
Mary Kay: Don't try so hard to lose your Hanna
Montana image. You are so talented and you don't need to
the shock value to do that. People love your music without all the
other stuff.
Sara: The tongue bit is unnecessary.
